1. Do you have more than 10 grant accounts? (a grant account can be a research award, clinical trial, contract, discretionary fund, or other account type)

If you plan to keep a number of separate data files and need a central administrator (or group of central administrators) to have access to all data files, you must install Site Manager (SM) on those computers needing access to all data files.  Please indicate the number of SM computers you need (Do Not include these computers in item 1):
